History of Unity Hearts Foundation
Founded in 2023 in Springfield, Massachusetts, Unity Hearts Foundation was created to address the growing need for inclusive support systems within underserved and diaspora communities. The organization was built on the belief that meaningful change begins when people feel connected, valued, and supported. Unity Hearts Foundation serves as a safe and welcoming space where individuals from all walks of life come together to uplift one another. Through education initiatives, health-focused programs, and community events, we strive to strengthen social bonds and create lasting impact.
Leadership Highlight: Our Founder
Unity Hearts Foundation was founded by Naefia Padi in 2023, whose heart for service was shaped by her journey from Tema, Ghana to Springfield, Massachusetts. Through her work in Special Education, she has witnessed first-hand the power of compassion, patience, and belief in helping individuals overcome stigma and limitations. Unity Hearts was created from her deep desire to ensure that no one feels unseen or unsupported, especially within underserved and diaspora communities. Naefia’s personal experiences and unwavering commitment continue to guide the organization’s future as a space where unity, dignity, and hope lead the way. She is a recipient of the 2024 Springfield Community Impact Award
